Important Information for Vendors

We will be setting up in the Marino Loft, second floor of the Hotel Millwright/ Woolen Mill.  There is an elevator in the back of the building to accommodate freight and visitors.  We will need to be patient when loading and unloading.  After you have unloaded please move your vehicle to allow others to pull up to unload.  Set up will be at 7am and open to public at 9am.  We will need to be out of the building at 5pm.  Please plan accordingly.  


This year box lunches will be provided by the Hotel for 15.00 if you choose.  I have eaten there a few times and have always been very happy with my meals.  More info on box lunches below.  If you prefer there are several restaurants within walking distance.  


We will be able to provide chairs but not tables.  This is something we will be working on for future shows.  This venue has wooden floors so lets consider this when setting up our displays and be prepared to protect floors if needed.  8wide x 10


We are limited to 25 booths of  8 wide x 10 deep.  There may be some fudge room after I look it over better.  And with the time of year some vendors may be able to set up outside on the lawn, another check into for me.

Box lunches

All lunches include:  piece of whole fruit, house chips, fresh baked gourmet cookie, and sandwich.

Chicken Salad

dried cranberries, toasted almonds, lettuce, tomato on a butter croissant

Italian Sandwich

prosciutto, capicola, mortadella, pepper jack, pickled hot peppers, lettuce, tomato, red onion, oregano, oil & vinegar on a hoagie.
